MCE2005 to Vista

I was eagerly awaiting the fall release of Vista in order to build my own HTPC. With the delay until ?/2007, I now see no reason to wait but for one issue: the upgrade path from MCE2005 to Vista. Will there be one? What will the cost be? Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks, John

Yes there will be an upgrade path (but as always, anything is subject to change), the Editions of Windows Vista that will support upgrading from Windows XP MCE 2005 include Windows Vista Home Premium and Windows Vista Ultimate, I wrote a small article about this, you might want to check it out, I am afraid you won't be able to upgrade to Home Premium x64 and Ultimate x64 from XP MCE 2005 since that is a x86 operating system.
